Testimonials

Russ and Pat Lee

I wanted to thank not only Joan for helping me find the best business but also her assistant Patrick. They work as a team, and when Joan’s tied up, Patrick always had answers for me. It’s like having two people working to help you find a business. We appreciate it! Thanks for not letting us get into the food business in Santa Cruz. more...

Business Description:

Business Description: Machine shop was started in January 2006 in the beginning of the recession. Despite a tough market the Company Business Plan was to provide the highest quality parts possible give outstanding service and delivery in a timely fashion. They were willing to take on tough jobs to gain customer loyalty. Examples include: Polishing parts for a customer that another machine shop failed to do. They often take on rush orders which requires paying the machinist overtime, sometimes through the night. With this, “do whatever it takes”, philosophy they have grown sales 1,200% since their first year and continue on a path to double sales annually. Starting with just a few high quality C&C Milling Machines the Company reinvested profits into more sophisticated equipment which out produce its competition. Currently there are 15 major machines.

Many Silicon Valley Companies are willing to pay top dollar for the quality control and time savings by having this shop mill their parts. The profit margins for this shop are consistently higher than his competitors due to the quality.
Total original price of this equipment was $1,300,000 plus an additional fifty thousand
dollars in other equipment.
